In this video, the movie-camera allows the viewer to be an ever-prescient observer who sees what others cannot. However, by time, it [the movie-camera] becomes a cloak-and-dagger operation which keeps the viewer from knowing. The video is conducted by a sequence of various fragments shot in Germany and Palestine. And it mostly focuses on the very unremarkable "events" such as snowfalls and barking dogs.
